Rental Agreement and ID verification required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal or each 4 hours or portion there of of late checkout. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property.
$150/person/day or portion there of if unauthorized or over occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
