Crisp white cabinets with sleek handles complement the stainless steel appliances, including a full sized fridge, a built-in microwave and oven. The kitchen bartop seats two and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or to share a meal.

Past the kitchen is the spacious living room which also doubles as the bedroom. A queen sized bed with crisp and inviting linens is situated against one wall and faces the seating area and wall mounted smart TV. The room is filled with light that streams in from the screened lanai where seating for two is the perfect spot to catch the warm breeze and listen to the birds. Guests will have access to the community pool located at South 9 Drive but if it's toes in the sand you prefer, it's just a 2 minute walk from your front door to the beach. This place is the perfect vacation getaway and is ideal for people on the go who want a clean, modern place to come home to at the end of the day!

Upon booking you will need to complete our renter agreement and submit a copy of your driver's license.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
