Accommodating 10 guests + 2 pets. Bring your furry friends to join the fun! Because pets are a part of the family, this home is decked out with a fenced backyard, a pet wash station, beds, blankets and pillows. Additionally, dogs are allowed on the beach at Porpoise Point OFF LEASH as long as their paws are in the water. This is easy to do because Porpoise Point always has a sandbar and most often has a lagoon when there is a double sandbar as seen in the photos. Enjoy one of the few pet friendly beaches aroundi as well as being allowed to drive on the beach if you have 4 wheel drive!
A spacious family room, complete with a large smart TV and huge comfy sectional, invites fun for the whole family while not at the beach or when needing to retreat from the sun. The kitchen is perfect for hosting and entertaining complete with double ovens, plenty of prep space, huge island and is also open to the living areas so you never miss a moment of family time!
The first floor also features an inviting bedroom accessible without having to climb stairs, ensuring comfort for all ages.
Upstairs, a sleeper sofa surrounds a large Smart TV, ideal for movie nights or gaming on the Nintendo Switch. Plus, two arcade games! Additionally, three freshly renovated bedrooms and two bathrooms round out accommodations for 8 guests upstairs and 2 guests downstairs. .
Outdoors, you'll enjoy a BBQ grill, kayaks, paddleboard, and a beach cart with beach chairs and toys for hours of fun playing in the sun. Don't miss a turn on the comfortable hammock while kids can compete on the stand-up connect four game!

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
