During this festival of lights, downtown St. Augustine glows with holiday magic – from the ground to the rooftops. St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights features millions of tiny white lights that create a magical atmosphere in the Nation’s Oldest City, and it's free of charge.

Nestled in the heart of the most walkable area, this ground-floor condo offers a prime location with easy access to an array of dining options all in walking distance. Our favorite dining spot that is literally a stones throw from the condo The Conch House Marina that offers a fantastic destination for dining and entertainment. Just steps from the marina, The Conch House Restaurant is a tropical oasis where you can enjoy a meal in your choice of settings. On hot days, retreat inside to the air-conditioned dining room, which boasts a lively Caribbean vibe and views of the marina. If you're feeling adventurous, opt for a private tiki hut suspended over the water—perfect for an intimate meal or a unique dining experience surrounded by the serene beauty of the bay. Afterward, take a leisurely stroll along the marina pier. You'll find The Conch House Lounge, a casual bar with live music that sets the tone for a relaxing evening. Grab a tropical cocktail, unwind, and watch the day's charter boats return, showcasing their fresh catches and tales of the sea. It’s the ideal spot for an unforgettable mix of fine dining, waterfront views, and entertainment. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat is the perfect getaway for one or two couples.

This one bedroom, ground floor condo features a luxurious king-sized bed, and the living room has a comfy sleeper sofa, accommodating extra guests with ease. The compact, modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Just beyond the sliding glass doors, you’ll find a relaxing back porch that opens up to a serene lawn area—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring or dining nearby. Enjoy the ultimate blend of comfort, convenience, and charm at this ideal vacation spot.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
